The Luminous Space does not reserve an Event Date and Event Time until Client has made a retainer payment of AT LEAST 35% of the event rental fee at time of signature of the contract.
Full payment should be made no later than 90 days prior to the Event.
*ADDITIONAL FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400) SECURITY DEPOSIT IS TO BE DELIVERED NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT .
Your event WILL NOT be held without your SECURITY DEPOSIT being paid.
Security Deposit will be refunded the following WEEK once the Proprietor is satisfied that the Facility was left in good condition after the event and no damage or loss occurred.
FAILURE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT AT LEAST 90 DAYS PRIOR TO AN EVENT DATE WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION. ALL FUNDS RECEIVED WILL BE RETAINED.
*Bookings made within 90 DAYS of a requested date must pay a 50% retainer fee. The other 50% is due no later than 30 days before event.
*Bookings made within 30 DAYS of a requested date must be paid in full.
Any cancellations are subject to 0% refund AND a $175.00 RESCHEDULE FEE.
No smoking, cooking or Open flames.
Yes, there is ample parking available in front of venue. Any vehicle left overnight will be subject to towing at vehicle owner expense.
• Damage caused by vehicles is the responsibility of vehicle owner.
• The Luminous Space is not responsible for theft or damage to any vehicle.
• No parking in fire lanes, loading zones or any other areas not designated as a parking space.
Please note: Postponements are considered cancellations.
We are not responsible for weather, travel, or guest/attendee circumstances, etc.
Cancellations must be made in writing or by person-to-person communication (no voicemail message).
IF FOR ANY REASON WE ARE UNABLE TO OPERATE DUE TO GOVERNMENT MANDATE (PARTICULARLY BUT NOT LIMITED TO COVID-19) POSTPONEMENT WITHIN 18 MONTHS OF THE EVENT WILL BE GRANTED AND NO CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHATSOEVER
All clients who book The Luminous Space and their vendors are required to obtain a one-day event general liability insurance policy with a minimum coverage of $1,000,000. If alcohol is being served, the policy must also include liquor liability coverage. Additionally, The Luminous Space must be named as an additional insured on the policy. Proof of insurance must be submitted 30 days prior to the event date.
All preferred vendors of the Luminous Space carry the required insurance.
Our venue can accommodate up to 170 seated guests.
